Online Registration

AMI members: have your user id and password ready – you will need to login before registering at the reduced member rate.  Non-members will register under the client/non-member rate.  Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Registration by Fax or Mail

You can also register by fax or mail for the annual meeting, workshops, and extra events tickets. Click here to download the PDF registration form.

Your registration form -- including full payment -- must be postmarked by the advanced registration cutoff date of June 10, 2006 to qualify for the advance registration fees. Confirmations of registration with receipts will be mailed on a daily basis.

Workshops

You can register for workshops at the same time that you register for this year’s meeting. Please note that the cost of the workshops is not included in the regular meeting fee. Information on workshops and their costs can be found in the Wednesday, August 2 section of the program page.

Friday Afternoon Tour Registration

Two optional field trips are planned for Friday afternoon's free time: a tour of Body Worlds 2 at the Boston Museum of Science and an historical tour of the Massachusetts General Hospital. More information on these tours is available in the Friday, August 4 section of the program page.

Registering to be a Student Volunteer

The AMI Work Study Program reduces your registration fee by up to $120 and gives you the opportunity to network while attending and being involved in running your professional meeting. The Program is open to AMI student members and non-member students who have registered for the meeting.

For each hour worked, a student will receive a credit of $10 toward the registration fee. During or shortly after the meeting, each volunteer will receive a check for up to $120 (for AMI student members) or $100 (for student non-members.)
